| iProjects to host first short term mission team in Peru. - December 10th 2007 |

iProjects is excited to announce that it will be hosting a short term mission team to help
with construction of the orphanage project in Puerto Maldonado, Peru. The majority of the
team will come from Lakeside Church in Guelph, a long time supporter of iProjects. The team
will be in Peru from April 2nd to 15th 2008 and will help to build “Anna’s House’. Executive
director Alan Garrett said of the move, “we are excited that we will not only be raising funds for
this project but are also involved in the physical construction. From personal experience I can
tell you that short term mission trips like this can be life changing.” iProjects is hoping to send
a second team to Peru later in the year to help complete the project. If you would like information

| iProjects commits to fully fund the construction of an orphanage building in Peru. - November 30th 2007 |

In addition to helping to continue to fund the completion of the first orphanage building in Peru,
iProjects has now committed to fully fund an additional home on the orphanage complex. The building
will house a Peruvian family and 8-10 orphans depending on the finalized architectural plans. The home
will be called “Anna’s House” in memory and honour of Anna Graham an incredible young lady whose life was
taken far too early in a tragic car accident. The anticipated budget to build the house is $30,000 and
construction is slated to begin in March of 2008. We are hoping to have the orphans moved in by October of

| The Missing Piece Peace. - November 15th 2007 |

In the Light Productions will be presenting The Missing Peace at the Guelph Little
Theatre to raise funds for the orphanage project in Puerto Maldonado.
"The Missing Piece Peace" is a Christmas show combining comedy and tender, thought
provoking moments. It is a very different look at the traditional Nativity story.
When Joe Human (played by Rob Gray) unexpectedly receives a surprise gift from an
angel (Lloyd Lindsay), his life is turned upside down. Go back in time and re-live
the history, in ways you have never thought before. Live music and strong vocal
ensembles add to each scene. There is something for everyone.

| iProjects invests an additional $6000 in Peruvian Orphanage. - October 20th 2007 |

iProjects is pleased to announce that it has been able to invest an additional $6000 into the orphanage
project in Puerto Maldonado, Peru. The funds will be used to complete the septic system and to provide
electrical wiring throughout the building. Pastor Italo is excited about the progress being made on the
building. He said “if things continue to go as planned and the funding continues we should be ready to
move in by the end of March. We are very grateful to iProjects for their partnership in this project and
would like to thank those who have donated to the orphanage. We know that this project is going to make
a huge difference in the lives of many vulnerable children.”

| iProjects invests an additional $7000 in Peruvian Orphanage complex. - September 27th 2007 |

| iProjects is pleased to announce that it has been able to invest an additional $7000 into the orphanage complex in Puerto Maldonado,
Peru. The money will be used to install a false ceiling in the building and to start pouring concrete for the much needed septic system. The false ceiling is a
special product which helps keep the house cool in what can often be extreme heat. As the orphanage will accept children from birth on up, it is important to
make them as comfortable as possible. Excavation of the septic system has already started. |

| Work on the Estralla de la Manana elementary school is now fully funded. - September 10th 2007 |

| iProjects is pleased to announce that work at the elementary school has now been fully funded and construction is
nearing completion. As you can see from the picture below the second floor classrooms are now complete and work is being finished up. The
finances have already been raised from another source for the installation of windows and doors and therefore iProjects involvement in the
project is complete. In all iProjects was able to contribute approximately $27000 to help complete the project. The school is now in a position
to enjoy sustained growth for several years. A big thank you to all who helped make this project a reality, the children of Peru will be forever
grateful. |

| iProjects invests an additional $2800 in Peruvian orphanage. - July 25th 2007 |

| iProjects is pleased to announce that it today sent an additional $2800 to help support the construction of the
orphanage complex in Peru. The money will be used for the purchase of tin to be installed on the roof. With the instillation
of the roof work will begin to focus on parging the walls and the pouring of the concrete floors. A picture of the progress
will be posted as soon as the tin roof is installed. |

| Carpentry School - Tarapoto, Peru. - July 22nd 2007 |

| iProjects completes its funding of the Hijos del Carpintero trade school in Tarapoto, Peru with a
$2000 donation to help with the completion of the kitchen. In all iProjects was able to donate approximately $11200 to help
complete the school. There are currently seven boys enrolled in the program who upon graduation will have a solid skill base allowing
them to work in a number of trades specifically carpentry. iProjects has been proud to associate itself with the school and is excited
that the project is now finished. We will continue to update you on the success of the school. Thanks to all who donated and allowed
this project to be so successful it is truly a living example of how bricks can be the building blocks of life. |

| iProjects makes initial investment in Orphanage. - July 9th 2007 |

| In its initial commitment to the Orphanage project in Puerto Maldonado, Peru,
iProjects has donated $2000 to assist in the purchase of wood to help build roof trusses which
will support a tin roof. The funds were sent with a team from Lakeside Church who are helping
to construct the roof (if your organization would like to help develop one of these projects call Alan
Garrett at 519-841 3892). On completion of the roof structure additional funds will be required for
the purchase of tin to cover the roof. |

Puerto Maldonado, Peru; The Estrella de la Manana Elementary School opens on time and on budget. - March 23rd 2007

| iProjects is excited to announce that the elementary school in that it has been helping to fund
construction of in Puerto Maldonado, Peru has opened on time and on budget. The inauguration ceremony took place on March
9th and iProjects founder Alan Garrett was present at the ceremony. This year the school will be open to junior and senior
kindergarten students and it is expected that grades one and two will be opened next year. Construction continues at the school
and it is anticipated with continued funding the second floor will be completed before the end of this year. iProjects total financial
to the commitment to the school to date is $26235. |

| iProjects Celebrates year end after a very positive start - Dec 31st 2006 |

| iProjects is excited to announce that since inception it has received donation of $55758 to help make a difference
in the world. To date of the money raised, $9,170 has been disbursed to help with the construction of the Hijos del
Carpintero (The trade school) in Tarapoto, $26,235 was disbursed to help with Construction of a school in Puerto Maldonado
in Peru, andn $14,600 has been earmarked to aid in the construction of a Youth Centre for orphaned children in Lesotho,
Africa. iProjects founder Alan Garrett said “ Our board of directors is excited that we have been able to make a significant
difference in helping to fund these projects. There is no question that lives are being positively impacted and will continue
to be changed because of the support that we have been able to give to these projects. We are also excited that 100% of every
dollar donated by our supporters makes it to the third world. We are proud of that efficiency.” |

| Local Church Raises $14000 to assist with the Construction of the Thakaneng Youth centre. - Dec 12th 2006 |
On Dec 3rd Lakeside Church in Guelph held a special service focused on raising awareness of the plight of the orphans of
Lesotho, Africa. The Thakaneng Youth Centre project is a very practical way for people to respond to this cause and the
congregation at Lakeside did in a significant way. In a special offering Lakeside raised $14,000 to help support the
Youth Centre Project which it is hoped will begin construction in September 2007. Lakeside has also committed to continue
to raise awareness about the project and to continue to fundraise to help complete the youth centre.

| Local Karate School raises funds for iProjects - Oct 20th 2006 |
A huge thank you goes out to Kevin Sealy, Deb Briggs and the students at Sealy Karate Schools for their generous
support of iProjects. On October 14th forty eight students from the school braved the elements and took part in a
5km or 10km fun run or walk to help raise funds to support the work iProjects is doing in Peru. Students paid to register
for the run and raised support through sponsorship. In addition to a great time being had by all the school raised $3545.
This is the first fundraiser that an outside organization has hosted to support an iProjects build. Again, a huge thank
you to the school for a job well done; the students in Peru will be very appreciative. To find out more about Sealy Karate

| iProjects continues to assist carpentry school by providing funds for kitchen and main gate. - Oct 20th 2006 |
Work is continuing at the carpentry school in Tarapoto, Peru with the completion of the upstairs flooring and the
addition of a security gate at the front of the property. The upstairs flooring will now clear the way for the
construction of the permanent kitchen on the first floor. The lower area will then be converted into a bathroom and
shower facility for the students. Funds are now being raised to help with the completion of the kitchen and bathroom
facilities. The estimated costs to completely finish the school are now set at $17000. The installation of the main
gates completes work on the perimeter walls and ensures that the school and its equipment is now fully secure.

| iProjects to assist in the construction of Thakaneng Youth Centres in Lesotho, Africa. - Oct 20th 2006 |

iProjects working in partnership with Help Lesotho and the Masai for Africa Campaign is raising funds to assist
in the construction of several Youth Centres in rural villages in Lesotho, Africa. Each centre will provide services
and training in literacy, numeracy, gender equality, HIV/AIDS prevention, pre-employment training and life skills.
The unemployment rate in Lesotho is over 50% so each centre will focus on developing the skills and infrastructure
necessary to help youth become effective leaders as they develop entrepreneurial skills and micro enterprise programs
which will fight economic injustice.
The need for the youth centres evolved out of needs assessment interviews by youth with local leaders in the community, church and
government. Local engagement and ownership will ensure

| iProjects donates planer to Carpentry School |
iProjects has been able to raise the funds necessary to purchase a planer for use in a carpentry school in
Tarapoto, Peru. The planer will help the students, who are part of an intensive apprenticeship program, as
they learn how to build furniture and other wood products. For more details about the school
